This is a direct human study administering kisspeptin-10 by continuous infusion and tracking reproductive hormone responses. The sample is only three men and the design is exploratory physiology, so it is a preliminary signal rather than a controlled trial. Genuinely on-topic for how kisspeptin acts in humans, including the partial desensitization observed over 24 hours.

In three healthy men, a continuous 24-hour infusion of kisspeptin-10 rapidly raised LH several-fold, after which levels partly declined, with modest parallel rises in FSH and testosterone. This was a small human physiology study.
