Pyoderma Gangrenosum Secondary to Melanotan.

This is the first reported case linking melanotan use to pyoderma gangrenosum, an ulcerating neutrophilic dermatosis, at the injection sites. As a single case report it is low on the evidence hierarchy and cannot establish causation, but it is directly about melanotan and adds to the documented safety signals for unregulated injectable use. Reported as an adverse event, not a proven effect.
